Description: Webercol Fix is a cement-based tile adhesive for internal use, offering strong bonding and water resistance. It’s ideal for tiling a variety of ceramic tiles in bathrooms, kitchens, stairs, and regular rooms.
Scope of Use:
Suitable Substrates: Concrete, stone walls (prepared), cementitious plaster and renders. NOT recommended for gypsum substrates.

Instructions for Use:
Surface Preparation:
Ensure substrates are clean, free of dust, and not greasy.
Substrates should be fully cured before application.
Slightly moisten dry substrates, but avoid moistening the tiles.
Product Preparation:
Mix with clean cool water:
5-6 liters per 25 kg bag (or 4-4.8 liters for 20 kg).
Use an electric mixer (< 300 rpm) for a uniform, lump-free paste.
Let the paste rest briefly before application.
Application:
Apply evenly on the substrate with a notched trowel.
Press tiles firmly, ensuring no paste slips from the sides.
For enhanced adhesion, apply adhesive on the back of tiles.
For exceptional performance, mix Weberad 225 MB latex bonding agent with water (1 liter of Weberad for 25 kg of Webercol Fix).
Cleaning:
Clean tools with water immediately after use.
Cured material can only be removed mechanically.
Precautions:
Apply in areas of 1m² at a time, within 15 minutes at 20°C.
Make tile adjustments only within the open time.
Grout joints at least 24 hours after tiling with Weberjoint products.
Storage:
Keep in original, unopened packaging.
Store in a dry, cool place away from humidity, extreme temperatures, and sunlight.
