- Fixing of non-absorbent materials such as porcelain tiles, mosaics, marbles, artificial stones, and natural stones on interior and exterior surfaces.
- Ideal for installations in malls, utility areas, hospitals, and other high-traffic floor and wall tile projects.
- Suitable for tile installation on cork/rubber acoustic underlay systems.
- Compatible with gypsum board and silicate board substrates.
- Rated for heavy traffic conditions, ensuring long-lasting durability.
- Recommended for acoustic mat installation on cured screed/concrete surfaces.
- Formulated specifically for large size tiles and stones.
- Suitable for agglomerates and quartz stone installations.
- Supports Tile On Tile System without the need for a priming system.
- Excellent frost resistance, making it suitable for both exterior and interior applications.
- Suitable for use in both wet and non-wet areas, offering versatility in installation.
- Applicable for both external and internal tiling and stone applications.
Supports
- Concrete
- Sand cement screed
- Gypsum board
- Plywood
- Silicate board
- Cork/rubber
- Render
- And more.
Application
- Apply EuroTile CTA mortar uniformly at a thickness of 2-3 mm onto the substrate.
- Work on an area not exceeding 1 square meter at a time.
- For horizontal applications, utilize solid bed fixing for optimal results.
- For vertical applications, use a toothed trowel to comb horizontally and remove excess mortar.
- Implement a butter coat adhesive system to enhance bond strength.
- Ensure the trowel has 6 mm notches at 25 mm center-to-center spacing.
- Place the tile onto the applied mortar, pressing it firmly into place.
- Smooth out the tile carefully to ensure even distribution of mortar.
- Verify proper bonding by checking if the tile remains stationary without sliding.
