3. Shipping Charges

3.1. Enjoy free shipping on orders most of products over 300 AED in Dubai, Ajman, and Sharjah, or 800 AED in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah; (NB: Delivery charges for heavy materials vary by area and will be calculated at checkout.)

3.2. Certain products may be eligible for delivery outside of the standard shipping rules. During checkout, if local pickup is selected, these products will still be shipped with a reasonable delivery charge. Please note that this charge will be calculated based on the delivery details provided.

4. Shipping Carrier

4.1. We utilize the services of Courier Service & our own delivery system to ensure the safe and reliable delivery of your orders.

4.2 etihadsouq.ae delivers heavy materials such as tiles, cement, Tabuk, interlock, and bricks to the ground floor only. If you require delivery to an upper floor, please mention this in the order note or contact us directly.
