The 10 Bar Vertical Expansion Tank Series is designed to provide reliable pressure stabilization in closed water systems, particularly in booster pump sets, solar thermal systems, and heating applications. Engineered for performance and safety, each tank features a replaceable EPDM membrane housed within a durable steel body, ensuring long-term functionality under fluctuating temperature and pressure conditions.
With a maximum operating pressure of 10 bar and a pre-charged pressure of 2 bar, these tanks effectively absorb thermal expansion, protect system components, and maintain consistent pressure levels. The tanks operate efficiently within a temperature range of -10 °C to +100 °C, making them suitable for a wide range of environments.
Tanks are available in sizes ranging from 2 to 50 liters in vertical models, and up to 24 liters in spherical (oval) configurations. For specialized applications, each model can be optionally produced with a stainless steel flange and a butyl membrane, offering enhanced corrosion resistance and longevity.
All models are CE marked in compliance with PED 2014/68/EU, ensuring adherence to strict European safety and performance standards.
