PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
TiponCoat 2000 is a high-performance cold-applied bitumen emulsion, composed of carefully selected bitumen grades dispersed in an aqueous phase with surfactants, chemical additives, and stabilizers. Once cured, it forms a durable, flexible, and waterproof membrane resistant to moisture, chlorides, and sulphates.

APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS
Surface Preparation:
Ensure surfaces are clean and free of dust, oil, grease, or contaminants. For highly porous substrates, dilute TiponCoat 2000 1:1 with water as a primer. Let it dry before applying the main coat.
Application:
Apply the first coat using a clean brush, roller, or spray. Allow it to dry for at least 6 hours. Apply a second coat at right angles for optimum coverage.
Cleaning:
Clean tools with soapy water before the product dries.
HEALTH & SAFETY
Wear gloves and goggles during application. Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact, rinse with plenty of water. If ingested, do not induce vomiting—seek medical assistance immediately. Refer to packaging for additional safety instructions.
