Description
EuroRepair FBR 710 is a specially formulated, non-shrink, fiber-reinforced high-strength cementitious mortar designed for concrete and masonry repair. This product is ideal for use in vertical and overhead applications. It is highly effective in structural repair applications requiring superior chloride and carbon dioxide resistance.

Mixing Instructions
- Water Required: Approx. 4 L (16% by weight).
- Adjust the water content (±0.5 L) based on site conditions and application needs.
- Mix to a homogeneous consistency.
Surface Preparation
- Clean Surface: Ensure all surfaces are clean, free from grease, oil, or paint.
- Remove Damaged Concrete: Fully remove any debonded or damaged concrete.
- Apply Primer: Use EuroBond SBR 201 primer before applying EuroRepair FBR 710.
- Reinforcing Steel: For corroded steel, clean thoroughly and apply EuroClean RC 904 rust remover before priming.
Application Procedure
- After surface preparation, apply primer and allow at least 1 hour of standing time.
- Apply EuroRepair FBR 710 in layers, up to 50mm on horizontal surfaces, 25mm on vertical surfaces, and 20mm on overhead areas.
- Ensure no air pockets during application by using proper pouring methods (hand or pump).
- Curing: Use EUROBUILD Curing Compound for curing after application.
Precautions
- Temperature Range: Application should be done within the range of 5°C to 35°C. For temperatures outside this range, adjust by using hot or cold water as required and ensure proper protection for surfaces.
- Protective Gear: Wear gloves and goggles during handling. In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with fresh water.
- Storage: Store in unopened bags in a cool, dry place. Shelf life is 12 months.
