Subscription Overview

By subscribing to our product marketing package, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. This package provides marketing and SEO services for up to 50 products per month at a cost of 2400 AED. The subscription includes the following services:

  • SEO optimization with up to 50 keywords.
  • Weekly blog posts (2) about your product, brand, or company.
  • A WhatsApp chat button on each product page for direct merchant-customer interaction.
  • Product listing and management by the etihadsouq team.

2. Product Listing and Management

  • Merchant Responsibilities: You must provide high-quality product images, detailed product descriptions, and selling prices for each product. Ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • etihadsouq.ae Responsibilities: We will list and manage your products on the etihadsouq.ae platform and verify the products before they are published.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Subscription Fee: The monthly subscription fee of 2400 AED must be paid in advance before the subscription starts.
  • Commission on Sales: A 20% commission from the profit on each order placed through the website is payable to etihadsouq.ae. The profit amount should be pay after completion the order.
  • Payment Terms: Payment for the subscription package must be made before the products are listed. The commission will be calculated based on the profit margin you inform us of.

4. Delivery and Logistics

  • Delivery: We offer delivery services across the UAE, with a delivery timeframe of up to 2 days. Delivery is handled through our infrastructure.
  • Stock Storage: Merchants have the option to stock their materials in our Souq warehouse. Contact our merchant service team for information on stock policies and procedures.

5. Additional Services

  • Customer Interaction: A WhatsApp chat option will be included on each product page to facilitate direct communication between customers and merchants.
  • Payment Platforms: etihadsouq.ae supports Tabby and Tamara. Merchants are responsible for paying any commissions or fees charged by these platforms.

6. Merchant Responsibilities

  • Order Management: Merchants should provide a WhatsApp number to facilitate order tracking and customer communication.
  • Product Details: Ensure that all product information provided to etihadsouq.ae is accurate and complete.
