EuroCreete SLL 308 is a high-performance cementitious self-levelling underlay designed for the levelling of floors prior to the application of modern flooring systems. It is formulated to provide a smooth, flat surface, ideal for both residential and commercial environments.
Key Features:
Self-Levelling: Ensures a smooth, even surface without the need for trowelling.
High Adhesion: Excellent bonding properties to a variety of substrates.
Fast Setting: Allows for quick application and early foot traffic.
Versatile Application: Suitable for use under vinyl, carpet, tiles, and other flooring systems.
Durable Finish: Provides a robust, long-lasting surface ideal for commercial and residential use.
Applications:
Ideal for levelling subfloors before the installation of:
Tiles (ceramic, porcelain, etc.)
Vinyl and carpet
Wooden flooring systems
Stone or marble finishes
Surface Preparation:
Ensure that the substrate is clean, dry, and free from dust, oil, grease, or other contaminants.
Any loose materials or damaged surfaces should be removed before application.
For highly porous substrates, it may be necessary to prime the surface before applying EuroCreete SLL 308.
Application Instructions:
Mixing: Mix EuroCreete SLL 308 with clean water (typically 5.5–6 liters of water per 25 kg bag) to form a smooth, lump-free paste.
Application: Pour the mixed material onto the substrate and spread using a suitable smoothing tool. The self-levelling compound will automatically spread out to create a flat surface.
Curing Time: Allow the material to cure for approximately 24 hours before applying the final floor finish. Curing times may vary depending on ambient temperature and humidity.
Foot Traffic: Light foot traffic can be allowed after 4-6 hours, but heavier traffic should be avoided until the material has fully cured.
