1. Agreement

By subscribing to the Premium Product Marketing Subscription offered by etihadsouq.ae, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This subscription includes marketing and SEO services for up to 50 products per month.

2. Subscription Fee

• Amount: The monthly subscription fee is 2400 AED.
• Payment Terms: The subscription fee must be paid in full in advance before the subscription period begins.

3. Services Provided

The subscription includes:

• SEO optimization for up to 50 keywords.
• Two weekly blog posts related to your products, brand, or company.
• A WhatsApp chat button on each product page for direct merchant-customer interaction.
• Product listing and management by etihadsouq.ae team.
• Verification of products before listing.

4. Merchant Responsibilities

• Product Information: Provide accurate product images, descriptions, and selling prices.
• Order Management: Supply a WhatsApp number for order tracking and customer communication.
• Payment of Commission: Commission on Sales: A 20% commission from the profit on each order placed through the website is payable to etihadsouq.ae. The profit amount should be pay after completion the order..

5. Delivery and Logistics

• Delivery: etihadsouq.ae will handle delivery across the UAE within 2 days.
• Stock Storage: Merchants can store products in our Souq warehouse. Contact our merchant service team for stock policy details.

6. Additional Fees

• Payment Platforms: Merchants are responsible for paying any commissions or fees charged by Tabby and Tamara, if used.

7. Subscription Period

• The subscription period starts upon listing of the products and continues for one month.
• Renewal: Subscriptions are not automatically renewed. A new payment is required for continuation.

8. Termination and Cancellation

• Merchant Termination: You may terminate the subscription with written notice to etihadsouq.ae. No refunds will be provided for partial months.
• etihadsouq.ae Termination: etihadsouq.ae reserves the right to terminate the subscription for any breach of these terms. No refunds will be provided.

9. Liability

etihadsouq.ae will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the subscription services. Our total liability will not exceed the subscription fee paid.

10. Amendments

etihadsouq.ae reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the subscription will constitute acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
